By accessing and using the website https://realtymediasweden.com (the "Site"), operated by Realty Media Sweden (the "Firm," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use this Site. These Terms govern all users and visitors.

Services and Agreements

All services, including photography, video, and virtual tours, begin with a consultation or booking request. Details of the service, pricing, and schedule will be provided before any work begins.

Work commences once the booking is confirmed and any required deposit or payment is received. Changes to the agreed service may result in additional fees or scheduling adjustments.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary information, access to the property, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays or incomplete information may affect the delivery of services.

You are responsible for ensuring that the property is ready for photography or media work (e.g., tidied, staged, and accessible).

Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, and media created by Realty Media Sweden remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media for real estate listing and marketing purposes only, across digital and print platforms. This license does not transfer ownership of the original files or copyright. Media may not be resold, modified, or distributed beyond the agreed usage without written permission.

Realty Media Sweden reserves the right to use any media created under this agreement for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes, including on our website and social media channels. Clients who require confidentiality may request in writing that their property media not be used for this purpose.

Payment Terms

Payment details will be provided during the booking process or in the service confirmation.

All services must be paid in full before the final media files are delivered. Once the photography or media service has been completed, an invoice will be issued. The final images, videos, or other media will be delivered after payment has been received.

Late or missing payments may result in delayed delivery of media files. Realty Media Sweden reserves the right to withhold delivery until payment has been completed.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or resources have been allocated for a scheduled session. If a client cancels more than 48 hours before the scheduled session, a full refund of any deposit will be issued. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Liability and Warranties

Realty Media Sweden strives to provide high-quality real estate photography and media services in a professional and timely manner.

However, we are not responsible for factors outside our control, including but not limited to property condition, weather conditions, lighting limitations, staging choices, or access restrictions that may affect the final result.

Realty Media Sweden is also not responsible for how the delivered media is used by clients, third parties, or property listing platforms.

Our liability, under any circumstance, is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the services provided. In no event shall Realty Media Sweden be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of sales, reduced property value, or performance of any listing, arising from the use or inability to use the delivered media.

Revisions and Delivery

Minor revisions (e.g., brightness, cropping, color adjustments) are included in the service. Major revisions or additional media not specified in the original booking may incur extra charges.

Delivery times may vary depending on project scope, editing requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will always be informed if additional time is required.

Termination

Clients may request to reschedule a booked session with at least 48 hours written notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Either party may cancel or terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of any work completed or expenses incurred up to that point.

Intellectual property remains with Realty Media Sweden until full payment is made.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.

Privacy and Data

Realty Media Sweden collects and processes personal data (such as name, email address, and property information) solely for the purpose of providing our services. We handle all personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish data protection law.
